Alice Lowndes - Costume Constructor
Alice has been making costumes for "Belle's Costumes" since 2000. Her passion for costuming became a serious career consideration after a mis-spent youth of making for fun and friends. She has recently earned a 2:2 BA degree in Theatre Practice (Costume Construction) from Central School of Speech and Drama.

Work Experience:

Various in-house productions at Central School of Speech and Drama as costume maker, wardrobe assistant and dresser. Various professional commissions – see below Eight years’ experience in organising group travel and accommodation, making bespoke costumes and assisting with dressing, makeup and wigs for amateur costuming events in Germany and UK.

Work Aspirations:

Looking for wardrobe maintenance, costume construction, wardrobe assistant positions in Central/South-west London area or further. Own well-equipped costume workshop, located 30 minutes from London Victoria railway station.
